Lists of things (GET /jobs, GET /lists) and results (GET /jobs/{id}, GET /lists/{id}, GET /lists/{id}/rows) come in pages.

limit: rows per page (up to 1,000).
The answer has nextCursor. If it is not null, ask again with cursor=<nextCursor> for the next page.
Cursors are opaque: pass them on unchanged. A made-up cursor gets 400 invalid_cursor.

CSV

GET /api/v1/lists/{id}/rows?format=csv returns the whole list as one CSV file (no pages). Add only=works for emails that work only. See CSV export for the columns.
